i appreciated the high level of security. the staff demonstrated excellent service. i found dining at the main restaurant very affordable and enjoyable. i really liked the free cab service to juju restaurant. the spa was relaxing. i enjoyed the quieter, smaller pool, and also the well kept main pool. the resort offered a short walk to the beach, where there were bars with friendly staff.
the coffee at breakfast could be better, as it did not meet my taste preferences.

the staff were attentive and helpful, especially at the front desk. they promptly addressed any questions i had. chef pravin arranged a cooking lesson. suresh remembered my name and was charming. the staff seemed to care about providing good service.

the breakfast buffet had a very good spread of options. the lunch menu featured authentic local cuisine that was delicious. the main restaurant offered a variety of vegetarian options. martin and his team were attentive. the wait staff checked in regularly to ensure my comfort.

the hotel has direct access to a clean, long beach. the resort has beautiful plants that attract birds. the paddy field view near the pool area is lovely. this area also had very few mosquitoes despite the nearby paddy field. i found the beach to be peaceful, with beautiful sunsets.

The private beach access was a total score! I walked there every morning. The staff was super attentive, always ready to help with a smile and the rooms are clean. Plus, they have a great location!
The breakfast tea and coffee machine was not good.

I arrived with some expectations, but i left feeling let down. the room was ok, a superior double paddy view room food & soft beverages on a-la-carte till 30th sep, but the view wasn't as good as i hoped. it was more like a glimpse of the paddy fields than an actual view. also, the service at the restaurant was slow. I often waited quite a while for my food to arrive. this got quite annoying.
